Dear Texas VFW Family,
I hope this message finds you well as we move through the month of March. I am pleased to share our March newsletter, which includes important health updates, wellness resources, and practical tips to support you and the Veterans we serve across Texas.
This month, we are also launching our Mid-March Step Challengeā?"an opportunity for all of us to prioritize our health, build camaraderie, and stay mission-focused beyond the uniform. Our goal is simple: 10,000 steps each day through the end of March. Whether you walk, run, or stay active in your own way, every step contributes to improving your physical and mental well-being.
We strongly encourage participation across all Posts and Districts. This is more than a challengeā?"itā?Ts a movement to promote resilience, connection, and overall wellness within our VFW community.
Get involved and share your progress!

As always, I am here to support you. Please do not forget to share any wellness, health, or fitness initiatives happening throughout Texas so we can feature your Post or District in the next newsletter. Your efforts are making a difference, and we want to showcase the great work being done across our state.
Thank you for your continued dedication to our Veterans and to each other. I look forward to working alongside you as we continue to strengthen the health and well-being of our Texas VFW family.
Stay active, stay connected, and stay healthy.
Yours in service and health,
