Whereas, the Eternal God, in his infinite wisdom, has called to his presence our beloved Comrade – First Sergeant (R) James D. Waller, and

Whereas his devotion to duty, courage and patriotism which so well served our Country during time of war have also endeared our Comrade to those who share the common bond of Service under the Flag of the United States of America; now, therefore,

Be IT Further Resolved that this resolution be posted in the minutes of this post and that the Charter of the Sabine County VFW Post 10351 be draped for thirty days in honor and remembrance of James D. Waller, First Sergeant, U.S. Army Retired.
